Air Duct Cleaning
In recent years, air duct cleaning has come to the forefront of many allergy related issues. The build up of dust particles and allergens in your air ducts can be released into your home when your system is in operation. While contractors are not yet allowed to discuss any health issues concerning dusty, dirty air ducts, it can be made known that these areas are a welcomed breeding ground for many types of fungi and bacteria. Also, the presence of moisture in your duct system can lead to mold growth. To prevent this, WOW Services, LLC has introduced contained air duct cleaning to their clients. Air duct cleaning can aid in the reduction of dust particles and allergens in your indoor air, thus resulting in a better indoor air quality. After having your air ducts clean, you will no longer see small particles and debris coming from your vents. The vents and surrounding areas will stay cleaner longer, which means less dusting. There is also some evidence that shows air duct cleaning can lead to a longer operation life of your heating and cooling system. The equipment used is completely contained so as particles are released and vacuumed out of the ducts in your home, you do not have to be concerned with these particles leaking into the air. Upon completion of the cleaning process, our technicians can also spray an allergin reducing mist into the duct system to even further reduce allergy flare ups. A walk through of your home would be ideal for the most accurate pricing and time estimate, however, if you know the size of your unit and the number of returns and vents throughout your home, a telephone estimate is possible. Under most conditions, it takes anywhere from 4 to 12 hours to properly clean one systems duct work. Once you have received your estimate, please be sure to allow enough time for completion of the work when scheduling your appointment. There is not a set cleaning schedule for air ducts. This process is more of an "as-needed" service. Therefore, as the client, you will want to keep an eye on your ducts in the future to know when you may need to have them cleaned again.

Floor Care
Because so many particles, such as animal dander, dust mites, mold spores, and more can live within the deep fibers of carpet, it is vital that home and business owners properly maintain their carpet. A large portion of this maintenance is vacuuming on a regular basis and having your carpets professionally cleaned. Most major carpet manufacturer's recomment that carpets be cleaned at least every twelve months, sometimes more depending on how much traffic your carpet receives. While "do-it-yourself" carpet machines can get the carpet surfaces clean, they do not have the suction power to deep clean the fibers where the previously mentioned particles are located. Typically, these small at-home units also do not reach the desired temperature needed to remove stains and kill bacteria. WOW Services, LLC uses state of the art carpet care equipment and cleaning supplies. This equipment not only reaches the desired temperature for sanitizing your carpet, but it also has an extremely important extraction device that removes left over water and moisture from carpets. Upon entering the area to be cleaned, our trained technicians move any furniture that is approved by the owner for removal. For furniture that is not able to be moved (whether not approved by the owner or if it is too heavy or bulky to maneuver), the technicians will place these items on blocks to ensure cleaning under them. Once the carpet has been cleaned, our technicians go back over it with a solution that aids in stain prevention and also conditions carpet for supreme softness. We can also spray an allergin reducing mist over your carpet to further prevent allergy flare ups.

Building Maintenance
WOW Services, LLC offers various cleaning services for commerical and industrial clients. These services range from hood cleaning in restaurants, kitchens, and cafeterias; scheduled maintenance cleaning of exterior buildings; window cleaning; floor cleaning (carpet,vinyl commerical tile, concrete, brick, etc.); regular janitorial services; and more. Over 25 years ago, WOW Services, LLC introduced janitorial services to its clients and has since provided local commercial and industrial businesses with unsurpassed janitorial services. Whether you are looking for services in a 1,000 square feet building or a 900,000 square feet building, we can accomodate your needs. We offer first, second, and/or third shifts, up to seven days a week. We also offer both full time and part time services, depending on the need of your company. Our contracts are typically in lengths of 12 and 36 months. The length of the contract will be dependent upon exactly what work needs to be done and how long your company would like to employ WOW Services, LLC to handle the work. With services by contract, WOW Services, LLC sets a date or time for work with the company contact. For instance, some restaurants wish to have their hoods cleaned every six months or the building cleaned once a year. These specifics will be individually discussed and included in contract terms. WOW Services, LLC offers first, second, and/or third shift services, up to seven days a week. All technicians who appear and work on your company's premises will be fully trained and screened. In addition, WOW Services, LLC provides all of its commercial and industrial clients with a certificate of insurance prior to the beginning of a contract. If your company has a specific cleaning need, contact our offices. Even if you have a need that may not be listed here, that does not mean our company does not or cannot offer that service to you. Our contract manager will schedule a walk through of your building and will discuss your individual needs to tailor a contract that suites you. After the initial meeting, you will receive a contract proposal with 48 hours and WOW Services, LLC will be prepared to begin work within 72 hours upon the signing of the contract by all parties.

Demolition and Debris Removal
When your property has been damaged or you just want to see that old shed out back go away, WOW Services, LLC can help! We demolish buildings that are no longer wanted or needed. We also remove debris from damaged or demolished buildings. Typically, we have a large construction dumpster delivered a day in advance. Any electricity going to the structure is disconnected. Then, depending on the type of building and it's structural soundness, we will remove as many small objects as possible by hand first (i.e. windows, doors, shelves, etc.). Once this is complete, we use construction equipment to complete the demolition and clean up.

Equipment & Chemical Sales
The expert technicians at WOW Services, LLC are professionals at custom building pressure washers and pressure washing equipment. If you are in the pressure cleaning business and are in need of a new unit or parts to repair a current unit, we can help. Along with these parts and equipment, we also sell various miscellaneous parts for truck mount carpet cleaners. We offer parts and repair service for various commercial grade vacuum cleaners. We try our best to keep as many parts in stock as possible. If we do not have the specific part you need, we will get it for you. When ordering pressure washers and all parts, please give us at least 24 hours notice. In addition, we also sell various cleaning chemicals. The smallest size available is 5 gallons and the largest is 55 gallons. While we keep large quantities of chemical in stock, it is also important that you allow 24 hours for order fulfillment. Water Damage
Because of the potential hazards surrounding water damages, the EPA recommends proper remediation within 24-48 hours after the damage has occurred. Upon our initial visit, we will take moisture readings and locate the cause of the water entry. We will then extract any standing water using our state of the art equipment and lift any soaked carpets. Once this is done, we will temporarily install water extraction and drying devices. The amount of time needed to properly remediate this issue is dependant upon the severity of the moisture levels. While equipment is intalled, technicians will periodically check the levels to ensure the moisture returns to healthy levels. Once this has been completed, we then clean the area (including carpets, where applicable) using our custom cleaning solutions.
